Program & Frequency
We send transactional and service messages (e.g., navigation assistance, appointment reminders, verification codes). Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out / Help
Text STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that program. Text HELP for help. You can also email contact@rovihealth.com.
Consent & Eligibility
You represent you are the account holder or have authority to consent for the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The Services are intended for individuals 18+; for dependents under 18, communications are directed to the parent/guardian.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Use
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information related to messaging. We use providers such as Twilio and Plivo to deliver messages.
Changes
We may update these Mobile Terms; continued use after notice means you accept the changes.
